Nicole Lance is a speaker and well-known executive coach and internationally certified life coach best known for working with individuals and teams who are ready to make courageous transformations. She is passionate about helping organizations do better, building women leaders, and accelerating the momentum of individuals who want to lead lives of impact. An expert in combining concepts and theory with practical strategies, she is known for high-energy, dynamic, and impactful speaking engagements that are as fun to participate in as they are meaningful.

Nicole focuses on reforming the dysfunction and disconnection that keeps teams from achieving the big results they really want to see. She expertly diagnoses what’s holding the group back and figures out why the divide between team members seems to be growing bigger, and she creates executive team retreats, training, facilitations, and coaching to help heal it all.

Nicole has also crafted customized leadership development and executive readiness programs specifically for women leaders to ensure that organizations are supporting, retaining, and attracting the best talent and offering environments where these leaders can thrive and commit to building long-lasting careers that truly make a difference.

She's coached individuals and teams to make the transformations that are needed to propel them to their next level. Nicole loves digging deep to identify what’s preventing forward momentum and then supporting her clients as they make their courageous changes.

Having spent almost 13 years in local government before wrapping up her career as an Assistant City Manager for a community of 140,000, Nicole now spends her time coaching, speaking, training, and facilitating. She is a co-founder of Arizona Women Leading Government and proudly serves on the board of Arizona’s Children Association, a statewide adoption/foster care/youth behavioral health services agency with a particular focus on LGBTQIA+ youth.

She is also a member of Fighter Country Partnership, a group that provides support for the active duty women, men, and families of Luke Air Force Base. Nicole is an Arizona native happily married to her husband, Sean, a high school teacher. She is a proud stepmom to a U.S. Navy Sailor and also a mom to a 5-year-old.

Nicole recently released her first book, Awesome on Your Own Terms: Stop Shoulding and Start Succeeding, which hit #1 in multiple categories on Amazon. She spends her free time trying not to step on the Legos her daughter leaves dangerously hidden in the carpet.
